The Nature Education Center is a unit dealing with the collection, management and protection of nature collections gathered at the Jagiellonian University. The Lepidoptera collection numbers approximately 600,000 specimens. The highlight is the collection of tropical Lepidoptera, mainly from Afrotropical and Neotropical regions.
